Para mí, la cocina es universal y tiene el poder de reunir a todos; sin importar la cultura, en cualquier lugar del mundo nos juntamos para comer y disfrutar.
Formación y trayectoria
Me formé en la Superior de Gastronomía, la primera universidad en Latinoamérica con licenciatura en Artes Culinarias. Después cociné en distintos hoteles de lujo, consolidando técnica y disciplina en cocina internacional.
Filosofía con alma
Para mí, cocinar es prueba y error y descubrir constantemente nuevos sabores y técnicas. Una receta no tiene alma: yo, como cocinero, debo ponerle alma a cada preparación.
